Summer Reading for Tweens and Teens

Globetrotting Adventures Ahoy!

Tweens and Teens will log the books they read (their choice) between June 7, 2021 and August 12, 2021. They may read independently, be read aloud to, or listen to audiobooks.

Tweens and Teens Grades 6 – 12 who register online will embark on a journey across the globe collecting animals as they go. For both online trackers and paper trackers: for every 5 books read, you will be given another opportunity for a small physical prize (with some fun along the way). Every book read will get you a ticket toward a grand prize drawing at the end of the summer and a chance at a weekly drawing throughout the summer.

This year’s prizes are going to be similar to last year, gift cards to local establishments (Abbott’s Frozen Custard, Dunkin Donuts, and places of your choosing around town), as well as 4 GRAND prizes (2 $25 gift cards, a sports package, and 1 electronic prize yet to be determined!) drawn at the conclusion of the Tail-End of the Summer Party!

These two buttons will take you to aggregated lists of the recommended titles on the middle school lists this year in multiple formats, both physical and virtual! Take a look!
