One-on-one Tech Help

Do you need help using our free “digital library” apps: Libby, hoopla, or Kanopy? Need to know more about the library’s selection of free research resources? Or perhaps you’re having trouble with basic settings in your device.

Sign up for a 20-minute, one-on-one help session with a librarian for troubleshooting help! Bring your device and any associated charging cables. Kindle users, please also have your Amazon login and password available.

(Please note: We cannot repair your device, nor are we Apple Geniuses. We are here to help you learn basic skills.)
