The NFPL Board of Trustees prohibits the loan of N.C. Wyeth artworks currently owned or under protection of the Needham Free Public Library. Exceptions to this policy may be granted by the Board of Trustees under compelling circumstances where a clear benefit is shown to the townspeople of Needham or the NFPL. A formal request for loan must be submitted to the Library Director and the Board of Trustees for evaluation.
